drd doctors online schafft für Patient:innen eine erste Anlaufstelle bei medizinischen Fragen und die Möglichkeit zur Soforthilfe. Hier ist nicht einmal der (physische) Gang zu Ärzt:innen notwendig – Sie brauchen nur ein internetfähiges Mobilgerät. So können Sie  
die telemedizinische Beratung bequem von zu Hause in Anspruch nehmen. 

Sie können aber auch zu uns in die Apotheke kommen. Wir stellen Ihnen in der Gersthofer Apotheke ein iPad zur Verfügung und unterstützen Sie gerne beim Registrierungsprozess. 

Anschließend können Sie auch gleich vor Ort über die drd-App eine Konsultation vornehmen – die Telemedizin ermöglicht Ihnen einen Arzttermin ohne lange Wartezeiten, schnell und einfach, direkt in Ihrer Apotheke. Die Ordinationszeiten sind Montag bis Freitag von 9 bis 17 Uhr. 

Rezepte werden vom ärztlichen Fachpersonal in der App gespeichert. Daher können Sie sich Ihre Medikamente direkt in unserer Apotheke abholen. Ebenso können Sie auch bei Bedarf zu Fachärzt:innen oder ins Labor überwiesen werden – und das alles über die drd-App.
